Redeem a Gift Card or New York & Company Rewards Certificate Online
- At checkout, simply enter your 19-digit Gift Card or New York & Company Rewards Certificate number and your 4-digit PIN number and click Review Order.
- Gift Cards or New York & Company Rewards Certificates without PIN numbers are not redeemable online.

- If your purchase costs less than the amount on your Gift Card or New York & Company Rewards Certificate, use the remaining balance for future purchases.
- If your purchase costs more than the amount on your Gift Card or New York & Company Rewards Certificate, you can pay the difference with the New York & Company Credit Card, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, or Discover.

Terms & Conditions
- New York & Company Gift Cards have no expiration date and New York & Company does not charge dormancy fees.
- Please treat Gift Cards and New York & Company Rewards Certificates like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, or if unauthorized usage occurs.
- Gift Cards and New York & Company Rewards Certificates may not be used toward New York & Company credit card payments.
- Gift Cards and New York & Company Rewards Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). The purchase of Gift Cards does not count toward the minimum order value required for promotional offers.
- New York & Company Rewards Certificates may not be used towards the purchase of Gift Cards.
Gift Wrap
Ordering a Gift
If you would like gift boxing for your order, simply check the "Add gift wrap" option in your Shopping Bag. Gift boxing for your entire order is just $5.50. The packing slip that accompanies your order will not include item prices. At this time, each order can be shipped to only one address. If you would like to send a gift to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.
Including a Gift Message
You can include a gift message free of charge with any order. Simply select the "Add gift message" option in your Shopping Bag and complete the gift message form. Your message will be printed on the packing slip that accompanies your order.
Gift Boxing Services
Our signature gift boxes are a beautiful presentation for the perfect gift. All of the items in your order will be grouped together in the appropriately sized gift box, lined with our signature tissue and tied with a red ribbon. When necessary, we will use more than one gift box to package your order. Gift boxes are carefully packed in a shipping box to ensure they will arrive in good condition. Some larger and odd-sized items are not eligible for gift boxing.
