If for any reason you are not satisfied with your nyandcompany.com purchase, simply return it within 60 days of the order date. We provide two easy ways to return: to any New York & Company store, or by mail to nyandcompany.com.

Returns or Exchanges to New York & Company Stores
Just bring the package invoice, the items(s) to return or exchange, a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the original purchase to any New York & Company store. The package invoice will serve as your receipt.
Without the invoice, you will be credited the lowest selling price of the item. For returns, you will be issued a merchandise credit in the amount of the lowest selling price of the item. For exchanges, the lowest selling price of the item will be credited towards your new purchase. To find the New York & Company store nearest you, click here. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges from New York & Company stores at nyandcompany.com. Shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are not refundable.

- Detach the top of the package invoice and keep it for your records. On the reverse side of the invoice, circle the item(s) that you are returning and indicate the reason for the return. (Please use the reason codes below.)
- Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the invoice. Attach the shipping label provided on the front of the invoice and mail the package to: New York & Company

Exchanging to NYandCompany.com
If you're exchanging, let us know what new item you'd like by filling out the table on the back of the package invoice.
- Fill out the Shipping Address box detailing where you would like the exchanged item(s) to be shipped.
- New York & Company will pay the shipping charges for sending the new item back to you.
- Pack your return in the original package if possible and be sure to include the package invoice.
- Attach the shipping label that is provided on the front of the invoice and mail the package to: New York & Company

- The original credit card used for the order will be charged if the exchange item value is greater than the returned item.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via traceable carrier such as UPS or FedEx. New York & Company is not responsible for packages not received if sent via non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned pre-paid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Price Matching
We will price match the order within 48 hours from the date of the new promotion. After 48 hours, the promotion can be used towards the next purchase. Only one price adjustment can be applied to the order within 14 days.
Return Status
Upon receipt, it will take approximately one week to process your return. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes 1 - 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
New York & Company Return Policy
Merchandise purchased at New York & Company Outlet stores may only be returned to New York & Company Outlet stores. All refunds are monitored by XBR reporting and analysis software. We reserve the right to limit the number of returns per customer at any time, with or without a receipt, and we reserve the right to refuse returns of sale items designated as "final".
