Product, Ordering & Shipping

Please refer to the size chart located on each product page as well as size and fit info as each style fits slightly different. For all New York & Company branded styles, they tend to run large. For all Brands We Love styles, they run true to size or smaller then New York & Company styles. For any reason if your item does not fit, you can exchange for another size (unless marked as final sale).

All items are eligible for exchange or store credit unless marked as final sale. Items marked as final sale are available at our lowest price and can be found in our Final Sale collection here.

Many of our items are discounted and prices are marked, but we do run promotions which you can find here. You can also join our VIP Rewards loyalty program by signing up for a customer account through the person icon located next to the shipping icon on the top right corner of the site.

At this time we ship within the United States only.

If you spend over $99, shipping is always free. For any other purchases, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Most orders deliver between 2-5 days. You can see estimated shipping dates when checking out. One your item ships, you can track your order here.

Merchandise that is unworn and in the original packaging are accepted for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can learn more about our policy here.

Order Information

Sign in to your account, then select "orders" from the top menu.

After you place an order on nyandcompany.com, we will send you two emails:

  • The first email confirms that your order has been received.
  • The second email confirms your order has shipped.

You may check the current status of the order by clicking on the order number that appears in these emails. Please allow up to 2-3 days for shipping information to be updated.

We make every attempt to ensure that items you have ordered are available. However, occasionally we run out of popular items. If you ordered an item that is out of stock, we will send you an email as soon as possible to let you know. If we do not expect to receive your ordered item back in stock, we will cancel that item from your order. If you paid with a credit card, you will not be charged for the canceled item, or for taxes or shipping on that item.

At New York & Company, we strive to process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Because our system begins processing orders immediately after they are placed, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Cancellation Window:

Customers may request to cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it.
Cancellation requests submitted after 2 hours will not be eligible.

Important Notice:

Orders are processed automatically and may move to fulfillment shortly after being placed.
Submitting a cancellation request within 2 hours does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If Cancellation Is Not Possible

Customers may return eligible items in accordance with our standard return policy after receiving the order.

Refunds: 

Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details are correct.
